All purchases made through Desi Libas are shipped "FOB Origin," meaning that responsibility for the items (including loss or damage) is transferred to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Product Descriptions
Desi Libas strives for accuracy in all product descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions or other content are completely error-free, complete, or current. Minor color variations may occur. If a product does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please provide a written explanation within 24 hours of receiving your item. Items that have been used, show any signs of wear (including stains, odors, perfume scents, marks, damages, or water stains), or are in any way altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges not reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product will not be processed. For verification, we may request a digital image of the item. All returns must include the original packaging, be unworn, and unused, and have all tags attached. Please note, that final sale, custom-stitched, and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
